Third-party wallets can typically access more networks than just the Ethereum mainnet. The following are instructions for establishing these connections manually using MetaMask as an example.
To recover your rewards, you'll need to first add the Grow network to your third party wallet where the rewards were sent. Next, send the private GROW rewards back to your Grow wallet, and then bridge if you choose to do so.

1. Click on the network selector button. This will display a list of networks to which you're already connected:

Complete the fields and click save to add the network.
4. After performing the above steps, you will be able to see the custom network the next time you access the network selector.
5. Now that the Grow network has been added, you will see a balance of GROW private rewards in your wallet. Choose the MAX amount and send to your Grow wallet address.
*Note: you may see a balance of zero (or almost zero) GROW rewards displayed since the rewards aren't displayed in the wallet with the correct amount of decimal places. Send the MAX amount anyway and you will see the full amount when it's back in your Grow wallet.
