Your recovery phrase is your backup to your wallet passcode. It was only displayed one time during the account set up process. You were instructed to write it down at that time. Be sure to check your personal files for this recovery phrase. Your recovery phrase cannot be changed or recovered.
If you cannot locate your 12 word pass phrase, ensure that you still have access to your wallet passcode. With your wallet passcode in hand you will still be able to send/receive from your personal Grow wallet.
