You will have to use a third party Wallet to help recover the NFT, in this example we will use MetaMask.
1. Using Metamask, add the Wallet that the NFT was sent to using the private keys (instructions here)
2. Add Grow network to MetaMask of the Wallet (instructions here)
In your Grow Account
1. Click Wallet
2. Click Digital Rewards
3. Click Send & Receive
4. Click Receive
5. Copy the wallet address
6. Go to the Grow Block Explorer, and search for your wallet address
7. Find the transaction that sent your NFT to a new wallet and click on the transaction hash
8. Copy the contract address of the NFT collection, this can be found in the top summary section
9. Make note of the Token ID that was transferred in the Parameters section, you will need this Token ID in the next steps
Navigate to your Metamask Account
1. Click NFT
2. Click Import NFT
3. Enter the Contract address you copied from above
4. Enter the Token ID from the details of your NFT
Your NFT has now been imported to your wallet using MetaMask!
To send your NFT back to your Grow wallet
1. Select the NFT in MetaMask
2. Scroll Down to the bottom and click Send
3. Insert your Grow wallet address
Please note you must have native tokens in this wallet to pay for the gas fee required to send the NFT.
4. Click Continue
5. Review the details and click Reject or Confirm
6. Once confirmed you will see your NFT in your Liberty Account
